Note: due to the highly artistic and manual process used to make our items, we guarantee that no two pieces are exactly the same; therefore you should take our web images only as a reference. Be assured however, that every item is inspected to meet the highest standards of quality.
Standard Delivery
Most purchases are shipped from our Stores or Distribution Center, to arrive within ten business days of receipt of the order. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Certain heavy or oversize items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. Currently we cannot ship to U.S. P.O. Boxes. For orders shipped to KS or MO sales tax will be added.

Standard Delivery Surcharges
Because furniture and other large items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher.
Therefore, these large items have a delivery surcharge; this charge is listed in parentheses ($) after the item price and is in addition to regular delivery charges, which are listed under Delivery Charges above.
These items are shipped by freight. Please note that freight shipments are delivered to your address, but do not include unloading of packages, therefore customers are required to unpack and unload from the truck.
If you require additional help we will make arrangements for unloading, inside delivery, unpacking and setup; this service has an additional cost that we can quote for you at the time you place an order.
Return Policy
All furniture and accessories are guaranteed. If customer is not satisfied for any reason we will gladly replace or refund any item within 30 days of receipt. Additionally we will replace or refund any customer merchandise against manufacturer defects for up to one year. Because of the limited production nature of our products, replacements are subject to product availability.
Damaged merchandise for causes pertaining to customer will not be refunded.
You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement. To make a return by mail, please send a letter with your merchandise that includes the following information:

We will process your return and follow your instructions. You may use the shipping carrier most convenient for you.
Please use the original packing material or equivalent to ensure the safety of the product.
